Invite Participants

Share meeting links and invite team members to collaborate.

There are several ways to invite participants to your ConferWeb meeting. Choose the method that works best for your situation.

Method 1: Copy Meeting Link

Find the Invite Button

During an active meeting, look for the "Invite" or "Add Participants" button in the meeting toolbar.

Copy the Meeting Link

Click "Copy Link" to copy the meeting URL to your clipboard. You can then paste this link into:

  • Email messages
  • Chat applications (Slack, Teams, etc.)
  • Text messages
  • Calendar invitations

Method 2: Email Invitation

Use Built-in Email Invite

Click the "Invite via Email" option to open the email invitation dialog.

Enter Email Addresses

Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite. You can add multiple recipients separated by commas.

Send Invitations

Click "Send" to deliver the meeting invitation. Recipients will receive an email with the meeting link and joining instructions.

Method 3: Schedule in Advance

Use Meeting Management

For planned meetings, use the Meeting Management system to schedule meetings in advance and send calendar invitations automatically.

Pro Tip

Your personal meeting room has a permanent link that never changes. Share this link with regular collaborators so they can join your meetings anytime without needing a new invitation.

Participant Limits

The number of participants you can invite depends on your plan and the meeting mode selected. MCU mode supports different participant limits than SFU mode. Check your plan details for specific limits.
