Can I join meetings from my phone?
Yes! ConferWeb Webcast works on mobile browsers. For the best experience on iOS and Android, simply open the meeting link in Chrome or Safari.
How many participants can join a meeting?
ConferWeb Webcast supports multiple participants in your meetings. The exact capacity depends on your meeting mode and connection quality.
Is there a time limit on meetings?
No! With the Anytime plan you get unlimited meeting duration so you can collaborate as long as you need.
Can I schedule meetings in advance?
Absolutely! You can schedule meetings for any future date and time. Invite participants via email, calendar invites (Google, Outlook), or by sharing the meeting link directly.
Can I create a personal meeting room?
Yes! Every account gets a personal meeting room with a unique, permanent link. Share it once and use it for all your recurring meetings without creating new links.
How do I invite people to my meeting?
Click "Invite" during a meeting or copy the meeting link from your dashboard. You can share via email, chat, calendar, or any messaging app. Participants just click to join.
How does screen sharing work?
Click the screen share button to share your entire screen, a specific application window, or a browser tab. Participants see exactly what you see in real-time with minimal delay.
Can I record my meetings?

What can I do with the whiteboard?

What are MCU, SMCU, and SFU modes?
These are different video layouts. MCU shows a unified grid layout with all participants mixed server-side. SMCU displays only the active speaker with server-side mixing. SFU sends individual video streams so you can arrange each participant's video however you like.
What payment methods do you accept?

How does monthly billing work?

Two-factor authentication adds an extra security step when joining meetings. Participants must verify their identity through a second method, making unauthorized access much harder.
